Rooted in quality design & professional service
Echelon One Media was founded by Max Brown, a creative professional with a deep-rooted background in marketing, real estate, and visual storytelling. Max began his career in the Mid-Ohio Valley real estate market in 2016 and quickly grew into a leadership role as Co-Owner and Director of Marketing at Select Properties Realty, an independent real estate brokerage. From 2019 to 2022, he led the company's branding and marketing efforts—including photography, aerial imagery, and 3D virtual tours for listings—while also developing the firm's web presence and executing custom social media campaigns to increase visibility and drive results.
In 2022, Select Properties Realty franchised with Coldwell Banker® and Coldwell Banker Commercial®, where Max continued shaping the company’s marketing identity and digital presence, learning the franchise environment and implementing powerful branding with a national name. With a strong belief in quality-first branding and the impact of high-end visuals, Max honed his expertise in graphic design, video editing, and modern advertising strategy—not just to market properties, but to elevate the perception of the business as a whole.
In 2025, that same passion and experience led to the creation of Echelon One Media: a media & design company built to serve professionals, creators, and small businesses with the same level of creative care, precision, and quality-focused content. In a short period of time, we've had the privilege of working with over 20 brands and professionals to enhance their visuals and bring a more professional and modern look to their operations.
